Kimberley & Kuruman Link

The two dioceses of Oxford and Kimberley & Kuruman formed a partnership link in 1992 which continues to the present day. It is a strong and vibrant link with many parish to parish connections, prayer life and sharing Christian stories. The two dioceses work jointly in a number of areas including HIV/AIDs, community production gardens and the founding of St Cyprians Cathedral School. More recently, the link has been developing the theology and practice of community outreach and a clergy education programme.

In 2008 I brought my husband and 4 boys to live in Kimberly, South Africa for 4 months while I oversaw the development of the diocesan link between Oxford and Kimberly & Kuruman.
